LOUISVILLE (WHAS11) -- Former UofL Coach Rick Pitino hasn't ruled out a return to coaching but says he needs to move on with his life.

In an interview with ESPN, Pitino says he would be open to coaching at a school if they approached him, but says he needs to build a different life that doesn't include coaching.

ESPN reports Pitino is living full-time in Miami where he's been since Louisville fired him after an FBI investigation revealed a Cards player was allegedly part of a pay for play scheme.

He tells the network the most difficult part of getting another opportunity to coach, that there isn't a way to clear his name and be "fully exonerated."
