Riverlink raises toll rates on 3 bridges connecting Louisville and southern Indiana

Starting July 1, toll rates on Louisville's toll bridges are going up. Here's how much.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Drivers who travel between Louisville and southern Indiana using the Lincoln, Kennedy and Lewis and Clark Bridges will see a rise in tolls beginning Monday, July 1.

According to RiverLink, the rates are based on a bi-state resolution which are typically adjusted annually by 2.5% or if the rate of inflation is higher.

The rates will increase to $2.61 for passenger cars to $15.61 for 5-axle+ trucks and that will depend on the size of the vehicle or if the driver has a prepaid account.

Those who use transponders and prepaid will save 50% (about $2.61) per crossing.

RiverLink urges users to keep their accounts in good standing by choosing auto-pay and linking the account to a valid form of payment.

The rates will be in effect through June 30, 2025.
