Louisville, Ky. (WHAS11)- There has been a second arrest in a September double homicide case.
18-year-old Seaundre Horsley junior was arrested Tuesday morning and charged with murder, assault and wanton endangerment.
He's charged with the murders of Jonte Johnson and Quinntin Knighten. They were shot and killed at the Saddlebrook apartments in September.
Three others survived the shooting and one of them was able to identify Horsley.
Tawain Lewis turned himself in for the murders shortly after it happened.
