LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A man has been taken to the hospital after he was found shot inside a vehicle in the California neighborhood.
Metro Police said Second Division officers responded to a ShotSpotter run in the 1600 block of South 25th Street in the Algonquin neighborhood around 4:30 p.m. Saturday.
About 15 minutes later, police said, they were notified of a shooting victim in the 1700 block of Hale Avenue. Police did not disclose if the victim was shot in this area or at the original location.
The victim was discovered by officers inside a vehicle with multiple gunshot wounds.
He was taken to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
