SHELBY COUNTY, Ky. — Two people were found dead in their home on Saturday, according to a news release from the Shelby County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies responded to the 8000 block of Bagdad Road for an unknown emergency on Saturday.
When they got there they found two adults dead.
The deaths are being investigated by the sheriff's office but they said they don't believe there is any further threat to the public.
The sheriff's office said there is no more information available about what lead up to the deaths as they are still investigating.
