LOUISVILLE, Ky. — UFC Fight Night at Louisville's KFC Yum! Center Saturday night was a record-breaking success.

The KFC Yum! Center announced the mixed-martial arts event was the highest-grossing US UFC Fight Night of all time. Fight Night was also the highest-grossing single-day sporting event in the downtown arena's 14-year history.

According to press release, Fight Night drew 19,578 fans and generated a gross total revenue of $2,500,652.

"We are thrilled to have hosted the highest-grossing single-day sporting event in KFC YUM! Center history and highest-grossing US UFC Fight Night of all time," said KFC YUM! Center General Manager Eric Granger.

This comes just a few days after Louisville Mayor Craig Greenberg announced the city was responsible for $4.2 billion of the state's $13.8 billion tourism economy in 2023.

"Thank you to our local community and those who traveled from around the world to experience UFC in Louisville," Granger said. "We are immensely proud of to have partnered with Louisville Tourism to bring this historic event to fruition and thank UFC for a incredibly successful night."

It was a busy weekend at the Yum! Center. WWE Friday Night Smackdown drew thousands of fans the night before.
