LOUISVILLE, Ky. — One person is dead and another injured after a shooting inside a Valley Station business.
According to Metro Police, officers responded to the 8800 block of Dixie highway around just before 11:30 a.m. Saturday.
Police said they found two males, ages unknown, inside the business with gunshot wounds.
One of the males were pronounced dead at the scene while the other was transported to an area hospital for treatment. His condition, LMPD said, appears to be non-life threatening.
No one else was injured in the incident and LMPD said all parties involved have been accounted for.
LMPD’s Homicide Unit is handling the investigation.
