LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The identify of a woman has been released after a fatal house fire in Valley Station early Monday.
LMPD sources have identified the woman as Terri Reynolds.
They confirmed Reynolds volunteered with the Third Division Advisory Board and was heavily involved with the FOP.
Crews with PRP Fire were called to the home on Stephan Drive around 3 a.m.
Firefighters rescued Reynolds from the home, but she later died at the hospital.
A firefighter was also treated for minor burns to the arm.
A cause of the fire has not been determined.
