Louisville mayor welcomes high school students to his office in YALL program event

The mayor and his wife even participated in a rock paper scissors contest with the high school students.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — On Thursday, Mayor Craig Greenberg and his wife, First Lady Rachel Greenberg, welcomed high school students to the mayor's office.

They were part of the Youth Ambassadors Leading Louisville (YALL) program. It aims to nurture and enhance high schoolers, allowing them to participate in shaping the future of metro-sponsored events.

Both of the Greenbergs spoke with the students, encouraging them, and even participated in a rock paper scissors contest.

Another Christian Academy of Louisville junior, Hannah Wooten, said being a part of the program allowed her to meet new people.

"And I just think it's fun to meet new people," Wooten said.
