LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS 11)--There was another outburst in a Jefferson County courtroom from a man accused of three murders.
WHAS' cameras were rolling as Brice Rhodes faced a judge on a new charge Sept.15, this time for the assault of an inmate back in August.
Brice was escorted out of jail court, but not before he turns and spits on inmate awaiting arraignment.
Deputies quickly removed him.
This is the second time Rhodes has spit on someone in court in recent months, the first, on his own attorney who dropped out of his murder case, involving two brothers, whose bodies were found burned in the Shawnee neighborhood.
Rhodes is due back in court on Sept. 23.
