Marsy's Law amendment question

Marsy's Law is a national effort and measure regarding this law were placed on the ballot in six states for the 2018 elections.

A yes vote on this amendment supports adding specific rights of crime victims to the Kentucky Constitution.

A no vote on this amendment opposes the measure to add specific rights of crime victims to the Kentucky Constitution.

A judge blocked votes on this amendment from being certified in mid-October but votes on Election Day could still be certified if the judge's ruling is appealed or reversed.

EDITOR'S NOTE: An original version of this story reported Gay Adleman was the Democratic candidate in the Kentucky Senate District 36 race. That is the wrong candidate. The correct Democratic candidate in District 36 is Sheri Donahue.
