LOUISVILLE (WHAS11) – A crash on I-64 east near Grinstead Drive sends multiple people to the hospital.
LMPD said a vehicle was driving westbound when for unknown reasons it crossed over into the eastbound lanes and struck another car head on.
Multiple people, from both vehicles, were transported to University Hospital, police said.
There is no word on the condition of the patients at this time.
The types of vehicles and number of patients transported are unknown at this time.
