'We will never give up' | Mom continues to push for answers in disappearance of Indiana student

Lauren Spierer has been missing since June 3, 2011.
Lauren Spierer, a 20-year-old Indiana University student from suburban New York, disappeared in the early morning hours of June 3, 2011 after a night on the town in Bloomington, Indiana.

June 3 marks eight years since Lauren Spierer's disappearance.

The Indiana University student went missing early in the morning after a night out in Bloomington, Indiana. Though police have continued to search for leads in Spierer's case, her mother said the family is no closer to finding her or getting answers.

In 2016, the FBI investigated a home in Indiana that thought might lead to more information. They conducted a dig, but did not find anything in connection to Spierer's disappearance.
