LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Kentucky and Indiana might luck out and be one of the best spots across the United States to view the Great American Eclipse on Monday.
A system moved across the area overnight and we are seeing the lingering clouds for the first half of the day.
Once we head past noon, the majority of the clouds will start to clear. Lingering high clouds could stick around.
At this time its a 90% visibility for southern Indiana and 80% visibility for northern Kentucky.
The northeast isn't lucking out where they could see showers and mostly cloudy skies. Dallas and Little Rock will be a toss-up with the chance of partly to mostly cloudy conditions, and even the chance of a storm.
