LOUISVILLE, Ky. — It appears the University of Louisville football team has found its quarterback for next season.
According to a report Saturday from ESPN's Pete Thamel, former USC quarterback Miller Moss is transferring to Louisville. Moss is considered one of the top players in the transfer portal and No. 10 overall in ESPN's rankings.
Moss started nine games this season for the Trojans before being replaced. He completed 233 of 362 passes for 2,555 yards, 18 touchdowns and nine interceptions.
Head coach Jeff Brohm had success with transfer quarterback Tyler Shough this season, who arrived from Texas Tech last offseason. Shough threw for 3,195 yards, 23 touchdowns and six interceptions this year.
Moss has one year of eligibility remaining.
