Louisville men's basketball releases full 2024-25 schedule; here's what Kelsey's Cards face this season

The Cards will open up ACC play on Dec. 8 when they host Duke at the KFC Yum! Center.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The University of Louisville men’s basketball team has released its full schedule for the 2024-25 season.

This is the inaugural season for coach Pat Kelsey and some of the notable home games include Tennessee, Ole Miss, North Carolina and Virginia.

The Cards’ home league opener is against Duke at 6 p.m. on Dec. 8 on ACC Network.

They will travel to Lexington on Dec. 14 to play Mark Pope’s Kentucky Wildcats, a road trip to Florida State on Dec. 31 and then closing their non-conference play against Eastern Kentucky at the KFC Yum! Center on Dec. 28.

To bring in the New Year, Louisville will go head-to-head against North Carolina at the KFC Yum! Center on Jan. 1.

Other games include away games at Pitt on Jan. 11, Syracuse on Jan. 14 and SMU in Dallas.

The Cards will play four of its last five regular season games at home beginning with Florida State on Feb. 22 and their final away game at Virginia Tech on Feb. 25.

Louisville closes out its regular season with three home games – Pitt (March 1), Cal (March 5) and Stanford (March 8).

Kelsey's Cards will open up the season with exhibition play on Oct. 21 when they host Young Harris College.
