LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The Pat Kelsey era of Louisville basketball is about a month away, and the Cardinals are debuting new uniforms ahead of the season.
The front of the home jerseys features the 2010’s font with much bigger shadow behind the “Louisville” logo. The Adidas logo is also centered along the neckline. The shorts will keep the classic 1980s Dunking Bird on the side of the shorts.
Louisville Athletics shared the uniforms via Twitter.
Kelsey has called this upcoming season the “ReviVille” – bringing back the culture and the passion of Louisville basketball following disappointing seasons under a different coaching regime.
The Cardinals will begin their 111th season on Oct. 21 when they face off against Young Harris College in an exhibition game at the KFC Yum! Center.
