Louisville vs. No. 6 Miami officially sold out

Louisville Athletics said Saturday's game is the third sellout in the last two seasons.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — If you’re looking for tickets for Louisville’s football game against No. 6 Miami this weekend, you’re likely out of luck.

Louisville Athletics announced Tuesday the key ACC matchup against the Hurricanes will be the program’s third sellout in the last two seasons and the first for an ACC contest since 2017.

The game will air at Noon on WHAS11and it’s the Cardinals fifth appearance on ABC in the last two seasons and the first since losing to Florida State in last season’s ACC title game.

Saturday’s game will be the 28th time the Cardinals will appear on ABC.

Louisville is off to a 4-2 start following a 24-20 win over Virginia while Miami is 6-0 for the first time under coach Mario Cristobal.

WHAS11 will air a special Cardinal Countdown show beginning at 11 a.m.

If you are headed out to L&N Stadium, parking lots will open at 7 a.m. to allow fans time to tailgate. The Alley will open for fans at 9 a.m. and gates to the stadium will open at 10:30 a.m.
