LOUISVILLE, Ky. — I-65 South lanes on 'hospital curve' have reopened Thursday afternoon after an emergency closure earlier in the day.
The left two lanes on I-65 South, near mile point 135.6 (locally known as hospital curve), were closed beginning at 9:30 a.m.
The lanes reopened around noon. Crews were repairing an expansion joint on the bridge that had been damaged. A large crack stretched across multiple lanes.
