I-64 West near Gene Snyder reopens after crash causes shutdown

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — All lanes of I-64 West near the I-265 ramp have reopened after a complete interstate shutdown Monday morning due to a crash.

According to TRIMARC, at about 7:15 a.m., a crash involving two vehicles occurred on I-64 West just before I-265 which blocked off all lanes of traffic for nearly an hour.

As of 9 a.m., all lanes have reopened on I-64 West.

It is unclear what caused the crash and if there were any injuries reported.
