I-64 West reopens after injury crash involving a jackknifed semi-truck in southern Indiana

JEFFERSONVILLE, Ind. — All lanes of a major interstate in southern Indiana are back open Thursday morning after an injury-crash involving a jackknifed semi-truck blocked the entire roadway.

Starting at about 6:20 a.m., all lanes of I-64 Westbound between US-150 and Exit 118 in Floyd County were blocked off due to the crash. At about 6:50 a.m., INDOT reported that the left lane had reopened and shortly after that, the center lane opened.

As of 7:30 a.m., all lanes are reopened and at least one injury has been reported. It is unclear the extent of the victim's injuries.
