I-65 South lanes reopen after semi crash in southern Indiana

All lanes of I-65 South are back open Monday morning after a crash involving two semi trucks near Sellersburg, Indiana.

CLARKSVILLE, Ind. — All lanes of I-65 South are cleared Monday morning after a crash involving two semis in southern Indiana near Sellersburg.

According to INDOT, I-65 South was completely shut down between Ebenezer Church Road and St. Joe Road for several hours. The accident happened at about 6:15 a.m.

The left lane of I-65 North was also blocked in this area for several hours. As of 8 a.m., the northbound roadway is cleared.

One person was transported to the hospital with a head injury, according to Indiana State Police. Authorities say they expect them to survive.
