LOUISVILLE, Ky. — All lanes of I-64 West are back open near Blankenbaker Parkway after being shut down due to nails scattered across the roadway.
The Jeffersontown Police Department said a truck driving westbound on I-64 lost a pallet, spilling nails onto the road. Police diverted traffic to the Blankenbaker Parkway exit as they cleared the scene.
J-Town Police said the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet was called to help pick up nails.
