How much did it snow in Kentucky?

It snowed across much of Kentuckiana on Saturday night. Here's how much.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The last day of November brought snow for the beginning of December. 

Kentuckiana collected 1-2 inches of snowfall as of Sunday morning.

Sam Gabrielli with the WHAS11 Weather Impact Team cautioned drivers that roadways outside of Jefferson County, along with any bridges and overpasses, may still be slick.

Between 1-2 inches of snow fell across our area Saturday night through Sunday morning.

Lexington saw the highest amount with 2 inches of snow. Highview followed with 1.2 inches of snow.

Mercer saw 1 inch, with Anchorage following close behind with 0.8 inches of snow.

Shelbyville saw 0.6 inches of snow.

Following Saturday's low temperatures, Sunday's high temperature will be in the low-to-mid 30s. 

The cold air will stick with us into much of early in the work week as well.
