LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The WHAS11 Weather Impact Team has issued a Weather Impact Alert for Thursday morning due to extremely cold wind chills.
Wind chills will be in the single digits, and possibly colder north of the Ohio River Thursday morning with the combination of Polar Air and gusty winds. School delays will be possible.
EXTREME WIND CHILLS
The combination of very cold temperatures and gusty winds will produce single digit wind chills early Thursday, possibly even near zero north of the Ohio River.
Expect teen wind chills Thursday afternoon.
