Highs will be in the 40s midday Friday, then dropping throughout the afternoon. The snow will be falling with above-freezing air and ground temperatures, so it will be a wet snow, and this should minimize travel impacts.
Slick spots are still possible under heavier batches of snow for the evening commute.
Conditions should start drying out before midnight. Then expect very cold temperatures in the lower 20s Friday night.
We'll see cold sunshine this weekend with highs in the 30s Saturday and 40s Sunday. We'll start warming back up next week and should even see temperatures back in the 60s.
