LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The man accused of sexually assaulting women in downtown Louisville heard what he's been charged with in southern Indiana on Wednesday.
Daralle Oliver, 38, allegedly assaulted the women then went to Jeffersonville where he was eventually arrested.
On Friday, Louisville Metro Police issued a "duty to warn" for Oliver.
Authorities said he made "homicidal and suicidal threats" after sexually assaulting "several women" in downtown Louisville.
Jeffersonville Police arrested him 45 minutes after LMPD issued that warning.
Court documents say Oliver went into the CVS on Spring Street and continued sexually harassing women.
Employees told officers he tried to get behind the pharmacy counter and threatened customers.
Officers said he admitted to sexually assaulting the women in Louisville earlier that day.
He's charged with criminal trespassing and indecent exposure in Indiana.
His bond is set at $10,000, and the judge ordered a mental health evaluation.
His next court date is scheduled for Oct. 10.
It's unclear when Oliver will be extradited back to Louisville.
