LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A Louisville man was arrested after Louisville Metro Police said he chained a woman to the ceiling and tortured her.

Police said Brandon McQuillen was having consensual sex with a woman when she said she did not want to participate any longer. He then chained her to the ceiling and tased her several times. The victim said he also hit her with a pool cue and punched her in the face several times.

McQuillen kept her for about 12 hours until his former roommate called police. When police arrived, McQuillen was gone. The woman was found with two black eyes and swelling to her face and side.

Police later arrested him on a warrant May 13. He was charged with kidnapping and second-degree assault.
