LMPD looking for man accused of exposing himself, inappropriately touching people in the Highlands

Louisville Metro Police have shared a new photo of the alleged suspect who has been inappropriately touching women around Cherokee Park.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Louisville Metro Police (LMPD) have shared a new photo of the alleged suspect accused of exposing himself and inappropriately touching women in the Highlands and Cherokee Park area.

On Tuesday, police said the suspect is described as a Hispanic man, believed to be 6' tall, with a muscular build. He was last seen wearing a blue surgical mask.

The new image was taken Tuesday around 9:50 a.m. in the 900 block of Cherokee Road, a spokesperson said.

LMPD's Fifth Division is handling the investigation.

LMPD is also increasing patrols in the Highlands area after receiving multiple reports of the man's inappropriate behavior. 

On May 2, police received reports from multiple women saying the man had run up to them and touched them inappropriately before running off. Authorities were not able to locate the man after the incidents.

LMPD received another report on Monday about a man exposing himself to a woman near the golf course as well.
