French Lick officials renamed a street after WHAS11 Monday morning. The station is hosting a watch party throughout the day.
10:30 a.m.
Dozens of vendors are set up looking to cash in on the thousands of eclipse-viewers in town for the historical event.
11:15 a.m.
Spectators are starting to gather in downtown French Lick. WHAS11's Ian Hardwitt is speaking to a few of them.
