LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The resumption of the second round of the PGA Championship was delayed Saturday morning, according to PGA officials.
Officials said the delay was due to "heavy fog." The round resumed at 9:40 a.m.
The first round of the PGA Championship on Thursday was also delayed due to the fog. The starting times ended up being delayed by 10 minutes.
The best professionals in golf have been competing at Valhalla Golf Club in Louisville this past week. Practice began Monday and the championship kicked off on Thursday.
