LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The 2024 Summer Olympics are underway in Paris, and the University of Louisville is well-represented.
Twelve current and former Cardinals will be competing at the games. These athletes qualified for five different disciplines for 10 nations.
Six of the 12 athletes participated in NCAA competition during the 2023-24 academic year.
Jayden Ulrich, the first U.S. Olympian in Louisville track and field history, will began her quest for gold Aug. 2 in the preliminary round of the discuss throw.
