Tornado watch ends for parts of Kentucky, southern Indiana

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Several Kentucky and southern Indiana counties were under a tornado watch until midnight Wednesday morning.

Tuesday's severe weather threat comes as the remnants of Hurricane Beryl tracks north into Indiana and Kentucky.

Much of the region were under an enhanced risk for severe weather throughout the day.

Scattered strong to severe storms are in the forecast for much of our area this afternoon and this evening.

A tornado watch means conditions are favorable for the development of severe thunderstorms, potentially capable of producing tornadoes. Stay weather aware.
