LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The National Weather Service in Louisville issued another tornado watch Wednesday for portions of our viewing area.
The latest watch is in effect until 10 p.m. Wednesday. Another round of severe weather is expected to move into the Louisville Metro area after at least one tornado was confirmed to have touched down Tuesday night in Perry Crossing, Indiana.
Current severe weather alerts in Kentucky and Indiana:
- Tornado Watch has been issued for Breckinridge, Bullitt, Grayson, Hardin, Jefferson and Meade counties in Kentucky and Clark, Crawford, Dubois, Floyd, Harrison, Orange, Perry, Scott and Washington Counties in Indiana until midnight on Thursday.
- Flood Watch has been issued for Adair, Bullitt, Breckinridge, Franklin, Grayson, Green, Hardin, Hart, Jefferson, LaRue, Marion, Meade, Nelson, Shelby, Spencer, Taylor and Washington Counties in Kentucky until 8 a.m. Thursday.
- Flood Watch has been issued for Harrison County, Indiana until 8 a.m. Thursday.
