LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Say it ain't "snow"!
Well, ready or not, it looks like we still have a chance for a light wintry mix and a few snowflakes this Thursday around Kentucky and Indiana.
The weather models have been pretty consistent since last week calling for not only the wintry mix, but also cold and windy conditions. High temperatures will likely be in the lower to mid-40s Thursday with wind chills in the 30s with blustery winds blowing all day.
No accumulation is expected if we do get a little snow or sleet, as ground and air temperatures will stay above freezing. The first map below shows the EURO model data, the second map is the GFS model, both showing at least a chance of some snow flurries Thursday.

BREAK OUT THE COATS!
We're going to need to be ready to break out the warmer clothes for Thursday and Friday with highs in the 40s and much colder wind chills.
Temperatures will moderate a bit, with a seasonably cool/chilly and dry weekend ahead.
