LOUISVILLE, Ky. — More severe weather is moving through the Louisville area on Thursday.

The storms will be slow-moving and will bring heavy rain which will increase chances of flash flooding.

Recent rounds of rain earlier this week have brought damaging winds, torrential rain and frequent lighting with more storms expected over the next several days.

A severe thunderstorm watch has been issued for several counties in Kentucky and southern Indiana until 8 p.m.
