Weather watches, warnings issued in Kentucky, southern Indiana

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Severe thunderstorms will be moving through Kentucky and southern Indiana again on Wednesday. 

Recent rounds of rain earlier this week have brought damaging winds, torrential rain and frequent lighting with more storms expected over the next several days.

A Flash Flood Warning is in effect for Adair and Russell Counties in Kentucky until 12:45 a.m. central time.
